United Nations Day, sometimes referred to as UN Day, is observed to honor the UN's founding on October 24, 1945. UN Day is observed in schools as a way to acknowledge the UN's contribution to world peacekeeping, international collaboration, and problem solving. In an effort to recognize the diversity of nations, UN Day is also observed. This annual event begins with performances by all student showcasin clothes from various countries around the world.

Hence, annually, on this day, we commemorate Heroes Day to honour and remember the brave individuals who sacrificed for the freedom of the Indonesian homeland.
