United Nation Day

United Nations Day, sometimes referred to as UN Day, is observed to honor the UN's founding on October 24, 1945. UN Day is observed in schools as a way to acknowledge the UN's contribution to world peacekeeping, international collaboration, and problem solving. In an effort to recognize the diversity of nations, UN Day is also observed. This annual event begins with performances by all student showcasin clothes from various countries around the world.

National Heroes Day

In 1945, the British army's occupation of Surabaya sparked a conflict resulting in a tragic battle on November 10, claiming the lives of thousands. Hence, annually, on this day, we commemorate Heroes Day to honour and remember the brave individuals who sacrificed for the freedom of the Indonesian homeland.

Teacher’s Day

All countries in the world celebrate Teacher’s Day to acknowledge the contribution made by teachers. In Indonesia, Teacher’s Day is celebrated on November 25 every year. The celebration coincides with the formation of the Indonesian Teachers’ Association, the PGRI. Thus, the day is marked by ceremonies. Being a teacher is not easy: One must have good knowledge, skills, the right attitude, patience, and of course, love for children. All teachers have the same purpose, namely educating the nation. Teachers are proud on seeing their students succeed and becoming even more successful than them.

Market day events provide a fun and engaging environment for children to develop important skills that they can carry with them throughout their lives. Not only do they learn valuable lessons about entrepreneurship, but they also gain hands-on experience in financial literacy and the art of conducting transactions
