National Heroes Day

In 1945, the British army’s occupation of Surabaya sparked a conflict resulting in a tragic battle on November 10, claiming the lives of thousands. Hence, annually, on this day, we commemorate Heroes Day to honour and remember the brave individuals who sacrificed for the freedom of the Indonesian homeland.
